Welcome to the Draft Nirvana beta. You’re one of a small group getting in early, before we open to everyone — and that comes with a few extra terms on top of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. They’re short, they’re in plain English, and they’re below. The short version: the product is unfinished, things may change, your feedback becomes ours, and you’re welcome to tell the world about it.
Draft Nirvana is in beta. That means it’s real, it works, and it’s also still being built. Things may be slow, break, or behave in ways we didn’t intend. We don’t promise uptime, stability, or that every feature will work on every device on draft night. We test hard, but a beta is a beta — you’re using an unfinished product, on purpose, with your eyes open.
We’re actively building. Features may appear, change, or disappear without notice as we learn what works. Something you love today might look different next month — or be gone. That’s the nature of building this in the open, with you.
We love feedback — it’s the whole point of a beta, and the best ideas often come from the people actually using the thing. So we want to be clear and upfront about what happens to it.
Any feedback you give us — ideas, suggestions, feature requests, bug reports, mockups, comments, or anything else about Draft Nirvana — becomes the property of Draft Nirvana LLC. You assign to us all right, title, and interest in that feedback, including any intellectual-property rights in it, and you waive any moral rights you may have in it. We can use it for any purpose, forever, without payment, attribution, or any obligation to you. If we ever need you to confirm this assignment in writing, you agree to do so promptly.
In plain terms: if you tell us how to make Draft Nirvana better and we build it, it’s ours to build. You won’t owe us anything, and we won’t owe you anything. We’re grateful for the help — and this keeps the product clean of any later question about who owns what.
Most beta agreements ask you to keep things secret. We’re doing the opposite. You are welcome — encouraged, even — to talk about Draft Nirvana, post screenshots and clips, tell your friends, and show off your draft night, including before we launch publicly. Word of mouth is how good things spread, and your draft is yours to share.
Two small asks, both common sense: don’t share your PIN or anyone else’s, and don’t post other people’s personal information without their okay.
By default, Draft Nirvana doesn’t record your draft. If a particular draft is going to be recorded, you’ll see a separate recording-consent checkbox when you enter that draft room, and it covers only that session. This Beta Agreement does not grant recording consent — that’s its own, separate yes. See our Recording Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to take part in the beta — the same as the rest of the Service.
Everything in the Terms of Service about “no warranties” and “limitation of liability” applies here too, and applies with extra force during the beta. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Draft Nirvana LLC and its founders, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the beta, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Beta Agreement adds to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy — it doesn’t replace them. All of those still apply in full, including dispute resolution (binding arbitration in Delaware), the class-action waiver, and how disputes get handled. Where a beta-specific term here is more specific than the general Terms, the beta term controls for beta matters. Everywhere else, the Terms of Service govern. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
These beta terms apply while Draft Nirvana is in beta. When we exit beta and open to the public, this Beta Agreement automatically expires and the standard Terms of Service carry on by themselves. This version is identified as “beta-2026.”
You accept this Beta Agreement by checking the box next to it and entering the draft room. Checking that box means you’ve read this, you understand Draft Nirvana is a beta, and you agree to everything above — including that your feedback becomes ours. If you don’t agree, don’t check the box and don’t enter; you’re welcome to use Draft Nirvana once it leaves beta under the standard Terms of Service.
